Guam's government must pay the listed officials, employees, and legislators' salaries and travel allowances. The rates are set by Guam law.
Guam's government must pay the salaries and travel allowances of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, executive-department heads, other Guam government officers and employees, and legislators at rates set by Guam law.
The salaries and travel allowances of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, the heads of the executive departments, other officers and employees of the government of Guam, and the members of the legislature, shall be paid by the government of Guam at rates prescribed by the laws of Guam.
