The Secretary of Transportation had to report to Congress on positive train control systems. The report had to cover their development, deployment, and demonstration. It was due by December 31, 1995.
By December 31, 1995, the Secretary of Transportation had to send Congress a report on positive train control systems — automated systems designed to prevent train collisions and other accidents. The report had to cover how these systems were being developed, put into use (deployed), and tested (demonstrated).
The Secretary of Transportation shall submit a report to the Congress on the development, deployment, and demonstration of positive train control systems by December 31, 1995.
