The Office of Personnel Management is responsible for promoting and coordinating training programs under this chapter. The President supervises and controls the Office’s functions, and Congress reviews them.
The Office of Personnel Management is responsible and authorized to promote and coordinate effectively the training programs and operations under this chapter. The President supervises and controls the Office’s functions, duties, and responsibilities under this chapter, and Congress reviews them.
The Office of Personnel Management has the responsibility and authority for effective promotion and coordination of the training programs under this chapter and training operations thereunder. The functions, duties, and responsibilities of the Office under this chapter are subject to supervision and control by the President and review by Congress.
