The Administrator must share satellite images and aerial photos of remote land on request. These go to the FAA or the Five Star Medallion Program. The goal is training pilots to fly safely over hard terrain.
The Administrator* must, when asked, provide satellite images and aerial photos of remote land that the Administration* already owns. These go to the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration or the Director of the Five Star Medallion Program. The purpose is to help train pilots to safely navigate difficult terrain.
The Administrator* shall make available upon request satellite imagery and aerial photography of remote terrain that the Administration* owns at the time of the request to the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration or the Director of the Five Star Medallion Program, to assist and train pilots in navigating challenging topographical features of such terrain.
