The Administrator may research severe storms together with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The goal is more reliable aviation weather forecasts covering the next 2 to 6 hours.
The Administrator* may run a joint research program with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration* studying severe thunderstorms and other convective weather events. The goal is to make aviation weather forecasts covering the next 2 to 6 hours significantly more reliable.
The Administrator* may carry out a program of collaborative research with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration* on convective weather events, with the goal of significantly improving the reliability of 2-hour to 6-hour aviation weather forecasts.
