The Secretary's duties over the Landsat 6 satellite move to the Landsat Program Management. The Secretary and the Program Management must agree on how that happens.
This section transfers the Secretary's responsibilities for the Landsat 6 satellite to the Landsat Program Management* — the joint body set up under section 60111. The Secretary* and the Landsat Program Management must agree between themselves on exactly how that transfer works.
The responsibilities of the Secretary* with respect to Landsat 6 shall be transferred to the Landsat Program Management*, as agreed to between the Secretary and the Landsat Program Management, pursuant to section 60111 of this title.
