The Secretary can work with park partners and volunteers to add to the Park Service's own programs under each park's Long Range Interpretive Plan. The Secretary can also give interpretive partners training opportunities and team up with other public and private groups to create and promote educational opportunities about park resources.
The Secretary* may:
(1) coordinate with park partners and volunteers so they can deliver quality programs and services that add to what the Service* already provides, as part of a park's Long Range Interpretive Plan;
(2) support interpretive partners by giving them chances to take part in interpretive training; and
(3) work together with other federal and non-federal, public and private, agencies, organizations, or institutions to develop, promote, and offer educational opportunities related to System* resources and programs.
The Secretary* may—
coordinate with park partners and volunteers in the delivery of quality programs and services to supplement those provided by the Service* as part of a park’s Long Range Interpretive Plan;
support interpretive partners by providing opportunities to participate in interpretive training; and
collaborate with other Federal and non-Federal public or private agencies, organizations, or institutions for the purposes of developing, promoting, and making available educational opportunities related to resources of the System* and programs.
