The Administrator must carry out this part consistently with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Department policies, without duplicating them.
The Administrator* must carry out the responsibilities in this part in a way that is consistent with, and does not duplicate, the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Department’s policies and directives.
The Administrator* shall execute the responsibilities set forth in this part in a manner consistent with, and not duplicative of, the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Department’s policies and directives.
