This section defines three terms used throughout the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave law: the "Conservation Area" itself, its "management plan," and the "Secretary," who acts through the Bureau of Land Management's Director.
This section defines three terms used in this subchapter. "Conservation Area" means the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area, which section 460yyy–1(a) of this title creates. "Management plan" means the plan for the Conservation Area that the Secretary must develop under section 460yyy–2(c) of this title. "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
In this subchapter:
The term “Conservation Area” means the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area established by section 460yyy–1(a) of this title.
The term “management plan” means the management plan developed for the Conservation Area under section 460yyy–2(c) of this title.
The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
