Subject to section 150406, the corporation’s constitution and bylaws set membership eligibility and members’ rights and privileges.
Subject to section 150406, the corporation’s constitution and bylaws provide the requirements for membership and members’ rights and privileges. This section does not define “rights and privileges”.
Subject to section 150406, eligibility for membership in the corporation, and the rights and privileges of members, shall be as provided in the constitution and bylaws of the corporation.
