The corporation's own bylaws decide who can join as a member. The bylaws also set members' rights, obligations, and different membership categories.
This section leaves membership entirely to the corporation's bylaws. The bylaws decide who is eligible to be a member, what rights and obligations members have, and what different classes of members exist.
Eligibility for membership in the corporation and the rights, obligations, and designation of classes of members are as provided in the bylaws.
