36 U.S.C. § 151104 — Governing body

(a) Officers. The corporation's officers are a president, one or more vice presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, and the members of a board of directors, an executive committee, and any other boards, councils, and committees the bylaws set up. (b) Additional Provisions. Except where this chapter provides a specific rule, the bylaws decide how these officers, boards, councils, and committees are chosen, how long they serve, and what powers and duties they have. The bylaws may set up entirely different names and numbers of officers, boards, councils, and committees than this section describes.
