The corporation's constitution and bylaws set membership eligibility and member rights. Membership terms may not discriminate based on race, color, religion, or national origin.
(a) Eligibility — The corporation's constitution and bylaws provide membership eligibility and members' rights and privileges. (b) Nondiscrimination — Membership terms may not discriminate based on race, color, religion, or national origin.
Eligibility for membership in the corporation and the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the constitution and bylaws of the corporation.
The terms of membership may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin.
