Congress set funding levels for three autism and developmental disability programs. Each covers fiscal years 2025 through 2029. The largest amount, $306,000,000 a year, funds the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee and related programs.
To carry out section 280i of this title, there is authorized to be appropriated 28,100,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029.
To carry out section 280i–1 of this title, there is authorized to be appropriated $56,344,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029.
To carry out sections 280i–2 and 284g of this title, there is authorized to be appropriated $306,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029.
