54 U.S.C. § 101340 — Use of funds

(a) Expenditure Shall Follow Priority Listing. Any money authorized and appropriated for new construction, repair, or rehabilitation of housing under this chapter must be spent following the housing priority listing set up under section 101339. The money must be spent in the sequential order of that list, as much as practically possible. (b) Nonconstruction Funds in Annual Budget Submittal. Every fiscal year, the President's proposed budget to Congress must identify the nonconstruction funds planned for Service housing maintenance and operations. This must be funds in addition to the rental receipts the Service already collects.
