NASA and the NIH must jointly create graduate research fellowships in biomedical research tied to microgravity. Fellows may attend approved research conferences and symposia as part of the program.
NASA's Administrator* and the NIH Director must jointly set up graduate research fellowships in the biomedical research described in section 40501(a) -- the kind that needs a microgravity environment. Fellowships under this program may include letting fellows attend approved research conferences and symposia.
The Administrator* and the Director of the National Institutes of Health shall create a joint program of graduate research fellowships in biomedical research described in section 40501(a) of this title. Fellowships under such program may provide for participation in approved research conferences and symposia.
